Encompass Medical Partners welcomes Joseph Harmon as its new Business Development Director.  Joseph earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Delaware.   He has 10 years of experience in sales and marketing strategy as well as nearly 16 years of market analysis experience.

He started his career as an analyst consultant for the Department of Defense in Washington, DC.   He then made the move to Fort Collins Colorado in 2005 to apply his analytical skills and expertise to the emerging field of digital marketing.   Joseph has developed an extensive client list by formulating results oriented marketing strategies and executing them to meet or exceed expectations.   Joseph is a strong leader with skills in training, research, market data analysis, and digital marketing.

Joseph has earned leadership roles in each stop on his career path and volunteers as part of several community boards and community organizations.   He has two children and lives with his wife in Fort Collins, Colorado.   Some of his favorite pastimes are trail running, playing the guitar, skiing, as well as reading non-fiction.
