Encompass Medical Partners welcomes Keith Lightfoot as its Director of Human Resources. Keith received his baccalaureate degree in Business Administration from Kansas State University and earned his law degree from the University of Kansas. Keith has over twenty years of healthcare human resources experience.

He began his career as an employee relations consultant at a national healthcare consulting firm based in Kansas City, Missouri. He relocated to Colorado in 1992 where he served as the HR Director at a mountain resort community medical center. Keith has also served as HR Director / Benefits Manager for a Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award-winning healthcare system and as the HR Director at a multi-specialty medical group. He has extensive experience in all aspects of human resource management including talent acquisition, benefits, compensation, organizational development and engagement.

Keith has served in leadership roles in a variety of professional and community-based organizations and boards. He has two children and lives with his spouse in Fort Collins. Keith enjoys car racing, biking, hiking, running, playing hockey, skate skiing, photography, writing, cooking, operating heavy equipment and power tools and most everything else, except brussels sprouts.
