Dr. Julio Salimbeni is a practicing anesthesiologist and founding partner of Encompass Healthcare Data Solutions and Northern Colorado Anesthesia Professionals (NCAP). He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, where he also completed his anesthesiology residency. He is a Diplomate of the VHA Physician Leadership Program, College of William and Mary, as well as the American Board of Anesthesiology. He holds current certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Trauma Life Support, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.

In addition to serving on the Executive team of Encompass Healthcare Data Solutions, Dr. Salimbeni currently serves as Medical Director for the Surgery Center of Fort Collins. He also serves on the board of directors of the Surgery Center of Fort Collins and is a Member At-Large of the Credentials Committee for the University of Colorado Health System, north region. He has held various other leadership roles at both the hospital system and medical practice level, including Chief of Anesthesia Services for Poudre Valley Hospital from 1999 to 2013; Board of Directors for Northern Colorado Anesthesia Professionals from 2003 to 2013; and Anesthesia Director positions at several other local ASC’s.

Dr. Salimbeni was born in Argentina, raised in Southern California, and has resided in Fort Collins with his lovely and talented wife, Liza, since 1986. He enjoys spending time with his funny family, and is an avid cyclist, builder, landscape designer, and sailor.
