Human Resources Manager

Nancy Stark is Encompass’ Human Resources Coordinator. Nancy has over ten years of healthcare human resources experience in talent acquisition, benefits & compensation, employee recognition and engagement, and workforce planning. This experience has been focused as an advisory role to various levels of leadership and departments (specialties) across multi-facility healthcare systems in both Alabama and Colorado.

Nancy studied in her home town of Mobile at the University of South Alabama (USA) where she received her baccalaureate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources. Shortly after graduating she began her career in human resources with USA’s healthcare system, which included both a stand-alone children’s & women’s hospital as well as a level 1 trauma center. She also achieved her Master’s in Public Administration from USA while working there. This drive for continuous growth led her to northern Colorado back in 2014 where she continued her human resources work in healthcare focusing in talent acquisition. She came to Encompass in 2016 with a desire to continue learning as a human resources generalist, in which she has successfully expanded her skills to include benefits coordination, regulatory reporting, leave management, and employee relations.

Nancy lives with her spouse and two dogs in Loveland. She enjoys hiking, yoga, live music, board games, reading, and college football – more specifically the SEC and her home state teams – Auburn first, then the infamous Alabama.
